Long Lake Theater & Event Center, Hubbard, MN/Park Rapids

This adorable little theater used to be a Methodist Church in a town that has few houses and one other business, with… a restaurant that I’m not sure is still operating. Hubbard, MN is a few miles south of the much larger town of Park Rapids, MN. This theatre has about 85 seats, so we try for sure to do two shows if venture a few hours north of Minneapolis. We’ve sold out may shows there over 4 or more years or performing there. The owners are charming, like family now, and produce theatrical productions, and some concerts. They have a sound system though we bring our own. At this cute little venue we like to do 2pm matinee sows so the theater can serve a lunch in their giant screened in patio. It helps sell tickets, “Lunch and a show!”
